Depending on the time frame of your booking we will request a 50% deposit or full payment ahead. Payments are usually made to our Indonesian account or through our Paypal account. Email correspondence will provide you all the information necessary in order to secure your bungalow. Emails will be responded to within 12/24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:
Up until 1 month prior to your arrival the booking can be cancelled at a cancellation fee corresponding 50% of the total amount. Cancellation less than 1 month in advance will be charged full rate.
